The cool and laid-back vibe that defines the brand is present throughout the space, located in one of the most traditional areas of the capital, Largo do Terreiro do Trigo. To top it off, the offerings have been refreshed with exciting new experiences.

Spinach Tours, a brand by Boost Portugal—an industry leader in delivering unique and sustainable experiences—has just opened its flagship store in one of Lisbon’s most iconic neighborhoods: Largo do Terreiro do Trigo. As Spinach Tours is heavily focused on franchising, this store serves as the benchmark for operations and as a model for both franchisees and potential clients.

The Spinach cars are small, electric vehicles that are easy to drive and accommodate two people. The big surprise? They talk, sharing historical facts with passengers in a fun and engaging way, thanks to proprietary technology.

The In-Store Experience

With a total area of 350 square meters, the Spinach Tours flagship store in Lisbon offers an immersive and entertaining experience. The décor features neon elements, green accents, and natural materials, reinforcing the brand’s sustainable ethos. In line with this philosophy, staff uniforms are made from organic cotton.

As part of the experience, Spinach Tours offers customers two symbolic moments at the end of each tour:

• The “Spinach Shot” Moment: A refreshing non-alcoholic drink highlighting the spinach theme of the brand.
• The “Spinach Gift” Moment: A Spinach-branded box containing an organic sprouting pot with spinach seeds as a token of appreciation.

Refreshed Offerings

• Guided Tours: A new option featuring a guide, ideal for those who are not confident driving or prefer to sit back and enjoy the ride. This group-based tour does not require sharing the car with others, ensuring the best possible experience while exploring iconic Lisbon areas such as Baixa, Avenida, Alfama, and Avenidas Novas. A Spinach Tours guide accompanies the tour, but the car remains the primary source of information.
• Revamped Street Art Route: Lisbon is an open-air gallery, and this tour is perfect for urban art lovers or those who have already visited the city’s main landmarks and want a fresh perspective. With new stops added to the itinerary, the route now includes Graça, Alfama, Bairro Alto, and parts of Avenidas Novas, highlighting major urban artworks by artists such as Vhils and Bordallo II.
